Haffner and Frankl were very astute individuals on Nazism, unfortunately, a new survey shows 20% adults in America do not believe the holocaust occurred. We are becoming like Germany during WWII, where every German believed in Hitler’s message about Jews and other disadvantaged individuals. USA needs to wake up now or we’re doomed like Germany during the world war.

Mike, The survey results are shocking especially among young adults. A whole generation has been miseducated and the consequences will threaten the survival of our Republic.

Frankl is a very interesting thinker. I find his ideas to owe more to existentialism than Stoicism, although many modern Stoics have compared them to those of Epictetus. Any thoughts? Good article.

All truth drinks from the same well. There is a saying that the closer you get to Philadelphia the more all roads converge.

I've written many essays on Stoicism ( a new one is coming soon. I'm not a Frankl scholar so I don't know what he read.
