I've started reading the David Reynold's book, and it's definitely impacting me. The other day there was something I didn't feel like doing and I said to myself "Okay, don't do it then". But then a few moments later I said to myself "Great news! You don't have to feel like doing it to do it! You can still do it!" Ahh!, I laughed at myself! (And got on with doing it!)
