Many thanks for this post, Barry. I consider RFK Jr’s speech to be perhaps the most important political speech made in decades.

Thanks, Barry. This is insightful and well-written. I also liked Kenedy's sincerity and line of argument. He names two culprits, food and toxic additives, and misses a key one: the psychological trauma many people have, be it cultural, familial, or personal. Trump suffers from this. If you look up his history of keeping his word and doing business, if you read the book on him, I believe, written by his niece, a psychologist, it becomes clear that he is unfit to lead.

Thanks, Thomas.

I've written essays about some of Trump's psychological issues, so I do appreciate your concern.

So I won't be shocked if Trump wins and shuts RFK Jr. out.

I'll resist the temptation to write Harris is far worse because saying so doesn't negate your concerns.

Congratulations on your essay and on the comments of your readers as well. Very elucidating and inspiring to read. Unfortunately I do not get to vote since I am not a US citizen. But I will say this: I have never even considered the thought of voting for Donald Trump but if I could vote next November that is probably what I would do.

Thank you, Andre.

I feel the same. I find myself questioning my previous views of Trump. He has deep character flaws but fairness says we look at the his positives too. He is committed to peace and his embrace of RFK Jr is a game changer in politics.

Outstanding essay Dr. B!

RFKJ may be the most thoughtful and reasoned free-speech advocate in generations.

With the announcement by Meta yesterday, that the Administration pressured them to hide dissenting voices to the governmental decrees, it is imperative that all voices and opinions have a place in the marketplace of ideas for a free people to persist.

Thank you, Glenn!

Absolutely. Freedom depends on each of us having the courage to speak.

Professor B. Greetings. This might be one of the most important writings you have produced. I personally look to your words to help me make sense of our surroundings. I think Kennedy is sincere and committed to his task of helping the children of our country. Is he quixotic, not sure . I do know that Kennedy strikes a chord in me. I pray this unusual marriage of these two men works out. It’s Trumps game to loose.

Best Regards, Mike

Thanks for the kind note, Mike.

Kennedy having a place in a Trump administration would indeed be historic with ramifications we can hardly predict. Will it lead to a Kennedy run in 28? Will it lead to greater awareness among people about what they are doing to their bodies? And on and on.

«Durov’s naivete about the West’s perceived “virtuousness” vis-à-vis Russia directly resulted in his arrest since he’d have never set foot in the EU again had he sobered up from his ideological delusions and realized that he’d become this New Cold War bloc’s enemy due to their lack of control over Telegram. In particular, it’s done wonders for exposing Western-backed Ukrainian and Israeli war crimes as well as serving as one of the Alt-Media Community’s (AMC) preferred platforms, ergo why he became targeted.»

Choosing to believe Trump is interesting way to put it. Trump seems to be aggregating people with myriads of disperse ideas around himself that I am not sure he has any intention to follow thru on. Certainly he didn’t during his first term.

Vitaily, I do appreciate your caution. Yes, RFK Jr. might be cast aside. Yet, he sees some chance he will get a seat at the table. And if he does, we will all be better for it.
